Clamping and damping pad

The blocking and steaming mat from Prym brings finished knitted or crocheted pieces into their final shape. The 70 cm x 70 cm foam mat has an iron-proof surface on the top side, on which a centimeter scale and various shapes with measurements are printed. Whether smoothing is done with or without ironing and steaming depends on the information on the yarn band of the used yarn. Forty pearl-head pins are included with the blocking and steaming mat for fixing and tensioning the workpiece. Once the work with the mat is finished, it is closed with the hook-and-loop fastener and can be stored in a space-saving manner until the next use.
