The following conditions apply:
Shipping Policy
Delivery is currently available to Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Please note that deliveries to Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands are exclusively to the mainland.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Delivery within Germany
- Order value up to €49.00 = €4.95 shipping costs
- For order values of €49.00 and above, we offer free shipping
Delivery outside Germany
- Order value up to €79.00 = €6.95 shipping costs
- For order values of €79.00 and above, we offer free shipping
Shipping is handled by DHL GoGreen climate neutral
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction) within the following periods:
- Delivery within Germany: 1-3 working days
- Deliveries outside Germany: 3-6 working days
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless a different agreement has been made. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is one month from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

Invoice purchase via Klarna is available for customers aged 18 and over. The invoice amount must be between €10 and €1,000.
