Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

Returns within Germany:

Create the DHL return label using the following link.
Please enclose the delivery note with your return. If you are only returning individual items, please mark them on the delivery note.
If possible, please only return unused items in their original packaging.
Affix the return label to your package and ensure that no old labels are still legible.
Once the goods have reached our warehouse and been checked, you will receive your money back. This usually takes between 7 and 10 business days.

Returns outside Germany:

For returns, please use a shipping service provider of your choice and create a corresponding return label there. You bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.

Would you like to receive a different item?

Simply return the unwanted item to us. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Please order the new item as a new order in our online shop. There you can immediately see whether the item is available in the desired design and quantity.
