Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

Here's how:

Returns within Germany:

  • Create the DHL return label using the following link.
  • Please enclose the delivery note with your return. If you are only returning individual items, please mark them on the delivery note.
  • If possible, please only return unused items in their original packaging.
  • Affix the return label to your package and ensure that no old labels are still legible.
  • Once the goods have reached our warehouse and been checked, you will receive your money back. This usually takes between 7 and 10 business days.

Returns outside Germany:

  • For returns, please use a shipping service provider of your choice and create a corresponding return label there. You bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.

Would you like to receive a different item?

Simply return the unwanted item to us. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Please order the new item as a new order in our online shop. There you can immediately see whether the item is available in the desired design and quantity.
