Hem allowance

Prym's hem gauge is another practical helper in the range of flexible plastic hand gauges. It doesn't matter how thick the fabric is or how wide the hem should be. Thanks to its indentations staggered in several sizes from 1 cm to 3.5 cm, marking hems is child's play. In addition, the hem gauge has angle markings of 45 degrees and 90 degrees. This means that even tricky hems and mitered corners can be easily mastered. Buttonholes for shirts and blouses can also be easily marked with the transparent plastic hem gauge.
