Millinery Needles

Milliners' needles are longer than conventional sewing needles and are particularly suitable for sewing heavy fabrics, such as in costume and hat making. Since stitches should generally be made as invisible as possible, this application requires a fine and long needle. The needles are made of hardened steel and have a burr-free stamped eye. Their finely ground point and uniformly coated surface allow them to glide through the fabric well, while the balanced spring stiffness ensures optimal flexibility. The Prym range offers milliners' needles as a 16-piece assorted pack on a card in sizes No. 5-10, and additionally as a pack of 25 in sizes No. 7 and 9.
