Edge stitch

In both knit and purl rows, slip the last stitch purlwise with the yarn in front.

Frauke - Frau Lu Knits

Hello everyone! I'm Frauke Ludwig, and you can mainly find me on Instagram at @frauluknits. I discovered knitting through my three children. During my maternity leave with my youngest daughter, I first started with crochet. But the second needle was quickly added. After only a few months of knitting, I wrote my first pattern for a hat.

Since then, I have been continuously developing new designs for babies to adults, ranging from accessories to sweaters. In doing so, I value timeless, classic designs that are nonetheless not boring. My favorite colors are neutral tones; I especially love all shades from white to black and beige. However, I am always happy when someone makes my designs in color. On Instagram, I regularly show my knitted work and present my own designs, combined with my second passion, interior design.
